Dear Families,

All Grads and parents are invited to the Dry Grad meeting at 7 p.m. monday night - February 20.  Grad is getting closer so come on out and share in the excitement.

Grade 9s from DRS will be visiting HSS on Thursday, February 23, during the day, for their first glimpse of senior high school.  We are excited to see them and guide them through the options we have to offer.  

An Information Evening for all DRS families will be held the evening of Thursday, February 23 at 7 p.m. in the Theatre at HSS.  Come and get all your questions about senior high school answered.

Prior to that meeting, and also on Thursday at 6 p.m., all Grade 11 students (and their parents) are invited to attend an informational session on the Outdoor Leadership program scheduled to begin at HSS in the 2012-2013 year. 

Phase One Strike Action continues and families are encouraged to contact teachers directly regarding students in grades 10 and 11 as no report card will be issued.

Please have extensive conversations with your children during phase one of strike action in order to keep up to date on their learning. Teachers may be contacted directly via email (first initial, last name @sd48.bc.ca) to get an update on your child's attendance and in-class performance. We thank you for your patience at this time.
